Staff Development & Advocacy Lead | Kindergarten Teacher

Ms. Sandeepa joined Al Saad Indian School in April 2022 as Kindergarten Teacher and was appointed Staff Development & Advocacy Lead in 2025. In her leadership role, she coordinates Staff Professional Development sessions, maintains attendance records and reports, ensures timely documentation, and supports curriculum planning to enhance teaching and learning practices across the school. Before joining Al Saad, she taught at Christ Nagar International School, Kerala (March 2021–March 2022) and served as Montessori Teacher Trainer at Bambino International Montessori School, Kerala (2018–November 2020), where she trained educators in Montessori methodology. Her expertise spans early childhood education, English language teaching, phonics and literacy development, Montessori methodology, and differentiated instruction. Ms. Sandeepa believes in creating a joyful, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued, curious, and confident to explore and express themselves.
