Ms. Suneetha has over two decades of experience in education across India and the UAE. She has served as Social Science and Economics Teacher (Secondary & Senior Secondary level), Class Mentor, Head of Department – Commerce & Humanities, NIM Lead, and Student Council Coordinator. She currently leads the Commerce and Humanities Department while managing inspection-related documentation and ensuring alignment with UAE and CBSE benchmarks. Ms. Suneetha has mentored students through MUN, Global Conclave, Leadership & Diplomacy programs, and guides the formation of Student Councils. Her professional strengths include versatility in handling roles as teacher, mentor, coordinator, and leader, with a belief that education blends academic excellence, character building, resilience, and lifelong learning.
Ms. Suneetha Manoj Kumar

Ms. Beena began her teaching journey as Lecturer in a private college, handling Degree and Pre-Degree classes, before teaching English to students of Grades 9–12 for 12 years at Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Kochi. She joined Bhavans Al Saad Indian School, Al Ain, UAE in April 2015, bringing extensive experience in classroom instruction and academic leadership. As Head of the English Department, she has successfully coordinated literary initiatives including the Literature Fest and multiple interschool events such as Interschool Drama Competition, Bhavans GCC Spell Bee, Mars Spell Bee, Bhavans International Spell Bee, Bhavans Spell Wizard, and Word Buster. She leads programs like Common Errors in English for staff development, served as Coordinator of the Gavel Club at ASIS, and was formerly Rotary Club Coordinator at Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Kochi. With extensive experience as Invigilator, Evaluator, and Observer for CBSE Board examinations, she also serves as Editor of the school magazine and newsletter, and has prepared annual reports and minutes of meetings. Under her mentorship, students have achieved top positions in competitions, including first prize worth $1,500 at the Bhavans International Spell Bee. As part of the school’s strategic plan, she has been entrusted with establishing a Speaking Club for teachers to enhance spoken English and address common language errors. Her expertise spans English Language & Literature, Grammar & Poetry, Creative Writing, Event Coordination, and training in Public Speaking, drama, declamation, dramatisation of poetry, and extempore. Ms. Beena believes in inspiring students to read extensively, think critically, express creatively, and write fluently with confidence. She is passionate about enriching vocabulary, exploring grammar and literature, and fostering a deep love for language and literature in her students.

Ms. Siva Priya brings 11 years of teaching experience to her role as Head of the Mathematics Department at Al Saad Indian School. Throughout her career at this reputed CBSE school in the UAE, she has developed expertise in instructional strategies, technology integration, and student engagement. As Head of Department, she has demonstrated proven leadership in managing the department and improving academic performance across all grade levels. Ms. Siva Priya is dedicated, patient, and adaptable in her approach to teaching, with strong analytical thinking skills that she applies to both curriculum development and classroom instruction. Ms. Parminder brings over 18 years of Hindi teaching experience to her role as Head of Department for Hindi, including 13 fruitful years in the UAE shaping young minds in the vibrant cultural landscape of the United Arab Emirates. She has been with Al Saad Indian School (Bhavans Al Ain) for the past 10 years, where she currently serves as Hindi Curriculum & Assessment Lead and Head of Department. Her teaching journey in the UAE began at Al Ain Juniors School, Al Ain (3 years), followed by Grace Valley School, Al Ain (6 months), where she learned to create supportive and fun learning environments for students from different backgrounds. Her areas of expertise include Hindi language instruction, curriculum development, cross-cultural education, student-centered learning approaches, and classroom management. Ms. Parminder believes learning should be exciting and inclusive, using creative activities and visual teaching methods to help students understand Hindi better. She feels students understand concepts better when taught visually, as it helps them remember and grasp ideas more effectively. Always committed to learning and growth, she attends workshops and seminars regularly, takes in feedback whenever required, and provides junior teachers with adequate resources to deliver an impactful environment for students. Her goal is to make Hindi learning enjoyable and accessible for every student who walks through her classroom door.

Ms. Kavitha Chandran is a dedicated educator with a passion for fostering positive learning experiences. With a background in Malayalam literature and education, she strives to inspire and empower students to reach their full potential. Holding a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications, a Master of Arts in Malayalam, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), she brings over 11 years of teaching experience to high school students—two years in India and over 10 years in the UAE, where she served as head of the Malayalam department. Her teaching philosophy revolves around personalized learning and student-centered instruction, aiming to create a supportive classroom community where every student feels valued and empowered to explore their interests and strengths.

Ahmed Abdalla is a Graduate in French Literature and has a professional diploma in French Teaching methods. He also holds a Diploma of Education in French language. believes that language learning is a powerful tool for personal and intellectual growth. His student-centered classroom focuses on active engagement and practical communication skills, utilizing immersion techniques and technology to make learning French enjoyable and enriching. He uses formative assessments to guide his teaching and provide continuous feedback, helping students build confidence and proficiency. His goal is to instil a lifelong love for the French language and culture. As an educator, Ahmed is committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice to ensure the best learning experience for his students, aiming to empower them to become proficient and enthusiastic French speakers.

Ms. Divya is a passionate and accomplished educator with over 11 years of teaching experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in arts and education (B.A., B.Ed.) and has been an integral part of the institution’s academic journey. With a strong commitment to excellence in English education, she has effectively served as the Primary Section Supervisor for four years and currently leads as the Junior Head of the English Department, a position she has held for the past two years.
Driven by her belief that learning should inspire curiosity and creativity, Ms. Santra’s teaching philosophy centres on nurturing confident, articulate, and independent learners who find joy in language and expression.
Beyond the classroom, she is a talented event coordinator, known for her enthusiasm, and ability to bring vibrancy and teamwork to every school event she undertakes.

Salman Faris holds a Diploma in Language Education in Arabic from India and a Bachelor of Arts in Arabic (Afzal-ul-Ulama) from the University of Calicut, India. With 10 years of rich experience in teaching Arabic at the high and middle school levels, he has honed his proficiency in using technology to enhance learning, including online resources, educational apps, and multimedia tools.
Salman is passionate about literature from various cultures and periods, with a particular interest in contemporary fiction and postcolonial literature. He possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds. Dedicated to ongoing professional development, he stays abreast of current trends and research in education and language teaching.

Iram Sehrish is the Head of the Science Department and is an integral part of the school from April 2022. Iram is a passionate and inspiring educator with a career spanning over a decade in teaching Science. Before her current role, Iram worked in various roles within Indian schools, including as a teacher and Lecturer.
Iram holds a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology and a Bachelor’s in Education from India.
Iram’s teaching philosophy centers on empowering students through 21st-century skills. She believes in creating an engaging learning environment that fosters a connection between classroom knowledge and real-world applications

Vinod PUSHPAKARAN ( B Sc, B P ED) began showcasing his talents in sports at the age of 14, representing the Kerala School team in the National Athletic meet. In 2001, he represented Kerala State in the Junior National Athletic Meet held in Bangalore and won a silver medal in the Kerala State Open Cross Country 4 KM Team Championship. He represented M.G. University in the All India Inter University Cross Country Championship for four consecutive years (2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005) and was a gold medalist in the M.G. University Cross Country 12 KM Team Championship in 2002, 2003, and 2004.
Vinod P began his teaching career at St. Peter’s School Ernakulam in 2006 and joined Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Kochi Kendra in 2008. During his tenure, Bhavan’s Newsprint Vidyalaya hosted the CBSE National Badminton Tournament and CBSE Cluster Table Tennis Tournament in 2011. He trained students for the CBSE Clusters and National Athletic Meet, where they won gold, silver, and bronze medals for six consecutive years. He has been part of the Bhavans Al Ain family ever since 2014.

ASIDA SALIM is a dedicated special education professional who believes that all students are capable of learning. She advocates for using various teaching approaches to accommodate diverse learners. She firmly believes that every child should be treated equally, regardless of background, race, economic status, or disability, emphasizing the importance of societal roles in supporting students’ goals and fostering a harmonious, discrimination-free community.
Her educational qualifications include a B.Ed in Special Education (ID) with 95%, an MA in Sociology with 66%, and a BSc in Physics with 72%. Her accomplishments include registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India and passing the Kerala Teachers Eligibility Test-II.

Ms. Sindhu brings 15 years of teaching experience across Dubai and Al Ain to her role as Head of Department for UAE MSC. Her career began at Our Own English High School, Dubai, as Primary Teacher (April 2010–May 2011), followed by Indian International School, Dubai (April 2011–May 2012), before joining Our Own English High School, Al Ain, as Primary Teacher cum Coordinator (April 2012–December 2020). She joined Al Saad Indian School in August 2023 as Social Studies Teacher and was promoted to HOD of UAE MSC in April 2025. Throughout her career, Ms. Sindhu has been recognized for creating positive, nurturing classroom environments where students developed a love for learning. She has served as Coordinator, leading academic initiatives and supporting colleagues in lesson planning, resource organization, and curriculum delivery. Her achievements include playing a key role in organizing school events, cultural programs, and educational outings that enriched student learning experiences, and conducting Professional Development sessions on ICT tools to help teachers integrate technology effectively into classroom lessons. Her promotion to Head of Department recognized her outstanding leadership and contributions to academic excellence. Ms. Sindhu’s teaching philosophy centers on creating an engaging, inclusive, and technology-enhanced learning environment that inspires curiosity, critical thinking, and lifelong learning while nurturing independent thinkers and responsible citizens through exploration and empathy. Driven by a love for empowering others through knowledge and innovation, she continues to make meaningful impacts on student learning.
