Mr. Thomas Francis is a distinguished educator with a postgraduate degree in English Literature and a Master of Education (M.Ed). After completing his B.Ed from Bangalore University, he gained over seven years of enriching teaching experience in various schools across Bangalore. His dedication to education is underscored by a diploma from Cambridge University (CIDTT – Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers) in teacher training.

Mr. Francis has held notable positions, including Program Coordinator of the IGCSE Syllabus at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School in Bangalore. He also served as Senior Academic Coordinator at Bhavan’s Public School in Doha, Qatar, for five years. For the past four years, he has been associated with Al Saad, contributing significantly to the institution’s academic excellence.

Married and a proud father of two children, Mr. Francis is known for his youthful energy and unwavering commitment to his vocation as an educator. His educational philosophy emphasizes the belief that every student has the potential for greatness.
