Mr. Suresh brings 30 years of teaching experience and 17 years of educational leadership to his role as Standardisation Lead. Throughout his distinguished career, he has served as Head of Department for Hindi, Section Supervisor, and led standardisation initiatives across schools in the UAE. In his current position, he manages compliance and regulatory documentation, ensuring alignment with ADEK requirements and educational standards. His leadership experience demonstrates the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the school’s vision and mission. Mr. Suresh’s expertise spans Hindi language instruction, team leadership, and quality assurance processes. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he finds joy in cooking and gardening, pursuits that reflect his attention to detail and nurturing approach.
