Ms. Vandana has dedicated 19 years to early childhood education, currently serving as Kindergarten Coordinator at Bhavans Al Saad Indian School since 2024. Her leadership has been instrumental in the Kindergarten section achieving a “Very Good” school rating, a testament to her commitment to educational excellence. She was honoured with the Teacher Excellence Award by the Indian Association, Ajman, recognizing her outstanding contributions to early childhood education. Ms. Vandana specializes in building strong and creative teaching teams, leading curriculum innovation, and mentoring educators to design engaging, hands-on learning experiences that foster joy, curiosity, and holistic development across the Kindergarten section. For her, every child deserves a space where learning feels like discovery—joyful, meaningful, and filled with wonder. She finds happiness in transforming small ideas into impactful learning moments, and seeing her teachers and little learners grow with confidence and sparkle with pride is what keeps her inspired every single day.

Ms. Soumia Vipin is a Postgraduate in Physics (M.Sc.) with B.Ed., Montessori and NTTC. She has a total of 8 years’ experience in UAE and India. She is very hard working, sincere, dedicated, and a responsible person, loyal to her superiors.

She has a positive attitude with an enthusiastic outlook on life. She gets a great sense of achievement from seeing her students develop and grow as individuals. She likes to make a positive impact on their future.
