Ms. Deepa Venugopalan Nair

Parent Communication & Engagement Lead | English Teacher

Ms. Deepa brings 13 years of teaching experience at the Higher Secondary level to Al Saad Indian School, where she is currently in her fourth year and has served as Parent Communication & Engagement Lead for the past two years. Her achievements include successfully compiling the Bhavans Middle East Biannual Magazine HUES (2022–23), releasing the School Magazine SOCH (2023–24), and updating and publishing the School Newsletter for three academic years (2022–23, 2023–24, and 2025–26 to date). She secured First Prize in the Class Magazine Contest for two consecutive years (2023–24 and 2024–25) and served as mentor to the Bhavans Middle East Grade 10 English Topper, guiding the student’s academic excellence. She has trained numerous students who have brought laurels to the school through remarkable performances in various interschool literary and cultural competitions. Ms. Deepa is proficient in teaching English at secondary and higher secondary levels with strong focus on communication, literature appreciation, and creative writing. She has extensive experience leading student training sessions for interschool competitions, coordinating literary and cultural events, and mentoring students in public speaking and anchoring. Teaching is her passion, and she firmly believes in adapting to the needs of the hour while nurturing each child’s individual talents and learning styles to help them reach their fullest potential. As a passionate educator committed to continuous professional growth, she actively engages in professional development programs and remains dedicated to fostering student confidence, creativity, and communication skills while ensuring every learner feels valued, supported, and inspired to excel.
